MediCross collaborates with primary care, OB/GYN, pediatric, podiatry, mental health, specialty, and preventive wellness providers to expand access to care across borders.

Dental & Vision

Our network includes general dentistry, preventive dental services, and vision care providers committed to transparent, member-access pricing and preventive health.

Veterinary Care

MediCross includes veterinary providers offering animal grooming and care, preventive services, diagnostics, and treatment, supporting a whole-family approach to health that includes pets.

Emergency & Transportation

We collaborate with ambulance and medical transportation providers offering emergency, non-emergency, and pre-hospital care services across regions.

Wellness, Aesthetic & Medical Services

This category includes medical spas, plastic and cosmetic surgery, medical pedicures, and preventive wellness services supporting medical and lifestyle care.

Additional Specialty & Support Services

MediCross partners with hospice, adult and senior care, integrative medicine, and wellness providers supporting whole-person care.

Providers

MediCross helps providers grow their reach, simplify billing, and connect directly with patients — without insurance or volume commitments.

MediCross offers optional Medical Fast Pass benefits designed to improve appointment follow-through and reduce access barriers. These benefits support cross-border coordination and help providers reach patients who are ready to receive care.

Pricing Structure

Providers are required to follow the MediCross Fee Schedule for applicable routine and basic services, as outlined in the pricing sheet.

For services listed in the fee schedule, MediCross members receive the standardized member rate.

For specialized services or procedures not listed in the fee schedule — including surgical and specialty care — providers agree to extend a 25% preferred rate off their standard, non-insurance private pricing for MediCross members.

The San Diego–Tijuana corridor is one of the world’s most active cross-border care regions, driven by proximity, affordability, and access to specialized services. Medicross is building a strategic provider network across California and Northern Mexico to support this growing demand.

What is MediCross?

MediCross is a non-insurance, membership and provider access network connecting providers with individuals and families seeking transparent, cross-border access to healthcare, wellness, emergency, and veterinary services.

Is MediCross an insurance plan?

No. MediCross is not insurance. It does not provide coverage, process claims, or reimburse services. Providers maintain independent practices and bill members directly.

Is there a cost to providers to join MediCross?

No. There is no cost or participation fee for providers to join the MediCross network.

What pricing structure do providers agree to?

Providers agree to standardized flat-fee pricing for designated essential services outlined in the MediCross Basic Services Fee Schedule. All other specialized or advanced services may be offered at 25% discounted member rates, based on provider discretion and service type.

Do providers have to offer all services at flat rates?

No. Only designated basic services are subject to flat-fee pricing. Specialized, elective, or advanced services fall under discounted member pricing.

How do providers get paid?

Providers bill members directly for services rendered. MediCross does not collect payments on behalf of providers and does not manage billing.

Does MediCross manage appointments or patient communication?

No. Providers maintain direct provider–patient relationships, including scheduling, clinical decisions, and communication.

Is participation exclusive?

No. Participation in the MediCross network is non-exclusive. Providers may continue working with other networks, patients, or payment models.

Where is MediCross operating?

MediCross is building its network across California, Northern Mexico, and key cross-border care corridors.

When does MediCross launch?

MediCross is scheduled to launch on November 7, 2025. Provider onboarding is currently underway.

Does submitting the interest form commit me to participation?

No. Submitting the provider interest form is non-binding and allows our team to learn more about your services and participation preferences.

What happens after I submit the interest form?

Our team will review your submission and follow up with additional information, including next steps, fee schedules, and participation details if there is a mutual fit.
